When a check engine light comes on inside a vehicle, most buyers assume it’s most likely a costly repair. If you bring your vehicle in for a check engine light, we will scan the vehicle, check for the codes, and do a diagnostic as to what is causing the code to show up. After the code is diagnosed, we can put together a quote for the repair, including parts and labor. If the code needs a little more digging to determine the correct source of the error, we will ask that the vehicle be left with us for the diagnostic procedure, so we can invest adequate time into the care of the vehicle.
